By accessing or using PODKASTERS studio services, equipment, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payments
All sessions must be booked through our official platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, provided notice is given at least 24 hours prior.
4. Studio Rules and Conduct
Respect the space and equipment. No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is permitted. We reserve the right to terminate sessions immediately for violations.
5. Equipment Use and Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio property or equipment during their session. Repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the client.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the content created during your session. PODKASTERS does not claim any rights to your recordings unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you record. PODKASTERS is not liable for any legal issues, copyright claims, or disputes arising from your broadcasted material.
8. Technical Support
A studio engineer is provided to ensure technical quality. However, we are not responsible for software compatibility or third-party platform errors outside our control.
9. Data Storage
Clients must provide their own storage media. We do not guarantee long-term storage of your files after your session concludes.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We value your privacy. Your recordings and personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your content without your consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
PODKASTERS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our studio services.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
