Studio Policy

Welcome to PODKASTERS. To ensure the best experience for all creators, please review our studio policies below.

Booking & Studio Access: Sessions must be booked in advance via our online system. Access to the studio is granted 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time for setup.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the session start time.

Technical Support: An on-site engineer is provided for all sessions to handle audio and video recording. Technical issues should be reported immediately to the staff.

Equipment Usage: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment through negligence. Our staff will handle all primary gear adjustments.

Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content recorded at PODKASTERS. We do not claim any rights to your intellectual property.

File Storage & Delivery: Raw files are delivered via cloud transfer within 24 hours of the session completion. We maintain backups for 30 days only.

Studio Cleanliness: Please keep the sets clean. No food or open-container drinks are allowed on the production sets or near the equipment.

Number of Guests: Standard sessions accommodate up to 4 guests. For larger groups, please contact us for special arrangements and additional fees.

Professional Conduct: Harassment or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Noise Levels: While our studios are sound-treated, we ask clients to be mindful of noise levels in communal areas to avoid disrupting other sessions.

Marketing Disclosures: PODKASTERS reserves the right to take behind-the-scenes photos for social media unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested.

Security & Liability: The studio is monitored by CCTV for security purposes. PODKASTERS is not responsible for any personal items left unattended.

Overtime Charges: Sessions that exceed the booked timeframe by more than 15 minutes will be charged at a pro-rated hourly rate.

Intellectual Property: Any background art or set design elements provided by the studio are for use during your session only and cannot be reproduced elsewhere.

Policy Updates: PODKASTERS reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.

Relationship to Privacy Policy & Terms of Service: These Studio Policies apply specifically to the use of the PODKASTERS studio and related production services. They are in addition to, and do not replace, the PODKASTERS Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By booking a session, you agree to these Studio Policies as well as the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that govern your use of PODKASTERS’ website, online services, and any related digital platforms.
