Cancellation Policy

At PODKASTERS, we are committed to creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient recording experience for every client. To help sessions run smoothly and ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please review the following studio policies before booking. 1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued. Session time reserved includes your scheduled use of the studio and production resources during the booked time block. Any requested add-ons, special accommodations, or custom services must be discussed and approved in advance. PODKASTERS reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking request that does not align with studio policies, availability, or operational capacity. 2. Session Minimums The minimum studio booking is 90 minutes. Additional time may be added in 30-minute increments at the current add-on rate, subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book enough time to allow for setup, recording, transitions, and wrap-up. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Because studio time, equipment, and support staff are reserved specifically for your session, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in a timely manner. Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session may be transferred to a future booking one time, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If PODKASTERS must cancel a session due to emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or refund, as applicable. 4. Arrival & Late Policy Clients should arrive on time and prepared to begin their session as scheduled. Late arrivals do not extend the reserved session time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time unless additional studio time is available and purchased. Repeated delays may affect the quality and quantity of the content captured during the reserved session. 5. Studio Use & Conduct All clients and guests are expected to treat the studio, equipment, furnishings, and staff with care and respect. PODKASTERS reserves the right to end a session without refund if any client or guest engages in behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or damaging to the studio
